Who we serve
White Glove PSYPACT handles licensing for doctoral-level psychologists (PhD, PsyD, EdD) — the ASPPB E.Passport and APIT®, the IPC and TAP®, state licensure by endorsement in every jurisdiction, and DEA plus state CSR for prescribing psychologists. PSYPACT® covers doctoral psychologists only; if you are an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, get in touch anyway — we handle single-state licensure and will tell you honestly where your own compact stands. Psychiatric nurse practitioners are served by our sister team at whitegloveaprn.com, and psychiatrists at whitegloveimlc.com.
PSYPACT® Authorization
PSYPACT® Authorization Concierge
$749 one-time
The full E.Passport and APIT® pathway. We screen your eligibility against ASPPB's education and examination standards before you spend a non-refundable fee, prepare the PSY|PRO filing, chase your transcripts from the registrar, and carry the APIT® application through the Commission.
TAP® / IPC Add-On
$299 per authorization
The temporary in-person route: the Interjurisdictional Practice Certificate and the Temporary Authorization to Practice on top of it. Capped at 30 calendar days per year per jurisdiction — the right tool for forensic evaluations, neuropsychological testing, and consulting work.
Annual Renewal & CE Compliance
$199 per year
An expired E.Passport suspends your APIT® the same day — there is no grace period. We track both renewal dates, confirm your three hours of telepsychology-specific CE are logged and acceptable, and file ahead of the deadline.
State Licensure
PSYPACT® Home-State License
$899 one-time
The unlock. If every license you hold is in a non-participating jurisdiction, you cannot use the compact at all — you fail the entry requirement. We get you licensed by endorsement in a participating state, which then opens every other participating jurisdiction via the APIT®.
Non-PSYPACT® State License
$899 per state
Full licensure by endorsement in a jurisdiction the compact does not reach — California, New York, Oregon, Massachusetts and the rest. These are months-long engagements with genuinely different rules in each state, and we run them end-to-end.
ASPPB Credentials Bank / CPQ
$399 one-time
Bank your education, training, and supervision once, while your supervisors are still reachable. The Certificate of Professional Qualification is accepted by most jurisdictions in place of a full licensure application, which turns a months-long filing into a much shorter one.
Prescribing Psychologists (RxP)
DEA Registration
$249 per registration
For psychologists with prescriptive authority in one of the jurisdictions that grants it. We file the federal DEA registration once your state prescribing credential issues — the sequence matters, and doing it backwards wastes a non-refundable fee.
State CSR Registration
$249 per state
State-level Controlled Substance Registration, where the jurisdiction requires it in addition to the federal DEA. Note that PSYPACT® does not carry prescriptive authority across state lines — each prescribing jurisdiction stands alone.
RxP Credential Verification
$199 one-time
Verification of the MSCP degree, the Psychopharmacology Exam for Psychologists, and the supervised clinical hours each RxP jurisdiction requires — assembled into the packet the board actually asks for.
Document & Logistics Support
Fingerprint Coordination
$75–$150 per state
Scheduling and routing of fingerprint-based background checks, including out-of-state hard-card processing where a board will not accept a Live Scan from elsewhere.
Notarization & Identity Verification
$75 flat
Coordination of notarized attestations and identity verification where a board or ASPPB requires them in wet-ink or remote-online form.
Courier & Rush Document Handling
$50–$150
Tracked courier handling for sealed transcripts, wet-ink attestations, and anything a board insists on receiving on paper before a meeting cutoff.
Important Fee Notice
(Prices above do not include the following)
The prices listed above reflect our service fees only. Additional costs paid directly to third parties — these are set by ASPPB, the PSYPACT® Commission, and the state boards, and they change from time to time, so we confirm the current schedule at intake:
- ASPPB E.Passport — roughly $400 plus a processing fee, non-refundable, with an annual renewal in the region of $100 plus processing.
- PSYPACT® APIT® — a Commission fee on top of the E.Passport, bringing the initial outlay to about $440 and the annual renewal to about $140 in total.
- IPC and TAP® — about $240 initially and about $90 annually, on the same two-part structure.
- ASPPB Credentials Bank / CPQ — around $200, with a reduced rate for early-career psychologists and ABPP diplomates, plus small per-transfer fees.
- State license fees — vary widely; California, for instance, charges separately for the application and for its state jurisprudence examination.
- Official transcripts — charged by your university, and they must be sent to ASPPB directly by the institution.
- Fingerprinting — $30–$70 in state vendor fees; more for out-of-state hard-card processing.
- Notary, courier, and state renewal fees — where a third party is involved.
One thing worth being explicit about: an APIT® is not payer enrollment. Getting paid in a new state is a separate exercise, per-payer, and it is handled by our sister team at whiteglovecredentialing.com. See how PSYPACT® works for the full picture.
